Chalmers’ recent economic essay about ‘applying version of his own communism’

Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price says Treasurer Jim Chalmers’ proposal to create a values-based economy “isn’t about recreating capitalism”.

“This isn’t about recreating capitalism in his own utopian, idealistic view of what he thinks it should be,” Ms Price told Sky News host Amanda Stoker.

“This is just about applying a version of his own communism.

“This wasn’t the mandate the Labor Party took to the last election, so I think he’s got a lot of explaining to do.”
