A weakening push of moisture this morning is bringing light rain areas to the coast and spotty traces of moisture here in the valley. Moving forward, this afternoon will be partly sunny with Portland metro highs nearing 50 degrees. East winds continue to blow near the gorge, gusting 30-35 mph.
A Tuesday afternoon cold front will bring likely rain developing into the noon hour. Valley rain totals tomorrow of .20-.45 inches are expected. The front will be strong enough to end the gusty east winds blowing in the gorge.
Generally light winds with dry weather Wednesday and on Thanksgiving Day. Rain chance pick up Friday and Saturday although we may not see much total rainfall until a stronger front arrives Sunday. At this point Sunday looks to dump up to .75″ of rainfall here in Portland. Snow levels may dip to 1,500 feet Sunday night into Monday.
